China peace group warrants to
the original buyer of its products to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship, The following parts are
covered under warranty, along with their warranted period,
start from the date which goods arrival to destination
port. such part or parts will be repaired or replaced
at the option of China peace group without charge.

The warranty excludes any failures
that are not caused by a defect in materials of workmanship.
Items and conditions that are specifically excluded from
this warranty program are: 1. Damage caused by accidents,
misuse, negligence, improper vehicle operation.
2. Any modification or alteration to any standard specifications
or equipment.
3. Any repairs made by an unauthorized dealer or service
firm,
4. Use of non-China peace group genuine parts for repairs or alteration
to standard specifications.
5. Damage caused by failure to perform factory scheduled
service maintenance.
6. Damage which occurs as a result of improper storage.
7. Damage caused by the use of improper fuel or lubricants,
and/or failure to use proper oil/gas mixture on two stroke
models.
8. normal wear and tear, abuse, or corrosion

are specifically excluded from warranty coverage: 1. Rubber parts
2. Tires
3. Belts
4. Brake linings
5. Normal wear item
6. Brake parts
7. Cables
8. Filters
9. Spark plugs
10. Bulbs
11. Batteries
12. Sprockets
13. External spring
14£®Clutch Wear Part (bushings, etc.)
15£®Cracks or Gouges in Plastic
16£®Chain
17. Bent axle
This warranty does not cover
any product that has been altered structurally, modified
in any way, neglected, improperly maintained, The warranty
excludes normal wear parts as fellows: tires, light, plastic
housing, bearing, seat, decals, brake pads or band, shock
and battery. The warranty does not cover failures caused
by accidents or collision damage, abnormal strain, neglect
or abuse, improper assembly of parts, improper maintenance
or use (rental racing etc,) or labour,. Please read the
owners manual carefully before operation.
